1. The service

Merchito offers a catalog of products you can customize with your brand, a 3D studio to visualize your design, and the quoting, production and delivery of your order in Ecuador and Panama City.

2. Catalog prices

Prices are shown in United States dollars, before VAT (IVA), and are for the product without customization. They drop in tiers based on quantity. Customization, packaging and shipping are quoted separately.

The total you see in the bag is a reference calculated with the current tiers. The final price is the one in the written quote the team sends you.

3. 3D studio

The studio shows a concept preview: approximate shape, color and placement. It is not a production proof. Before manufacturing, the team prepares the final artwork for the technique and the material and only moves forward with your approval.

Your logo and your text are placed on the model by code, exactly as you upload them; no artificial intelligence redraws them. The on-screen color is a reference: it depends on your screen and the material, and the physical shade is confirmed with the sample or the proposal.

4. Merchito AI

Merchito AI is an automated assistant that guides you on products, reference prices and techniques. Its answers are for guidance only and may contain errors: they are not a quote, they do not confirm stock or timelines, and they do not bind Merchito. What counts is the team's written proposal.

5. Quote and order

Sending your bag on WhatsApp is a request for a quote, not a confirmed order. We reply in under 1 hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 Ecuador time. The order is confirmed in writing and with a 50% deposit.

Stock, production time and delivery date are confirmed in the proposal based on the product, quantity and technique.

6. Your brand and your files

You represent that you have the right to use the logos, trademarks, text and fonts you share. Merchito uses them only to prepare and produce your order, acquires no rights to them and keeps them in private storage as described in the privacy policy.

7. Deliveries

We deliver to every province in Ecuador and to Panama City. Shipping cost and timing are detailed in the quote. Transit times may vary for reasons beyond Merchito's control.

8. Replacement guarantee

If the product you receive does not match what was approved in the quote, Merchito replaces the affected units. To start the process, write to us with photos as soon as you receive your order.
